Lower North Shore, on this page, covers the Willoughby and Mosman council areas, Chatswood, St Leonards, Northbridge and Mosman itself, where most jobs are apartments and units. Upper North Shore covers Ku-ring-gai and the Hornsby end, Killara, Wahroonga, Turramurra, Pymble and St Ives, where jobs are more often full houses on larger blocks with a lot more garden waste. We cover both, with no load limit and no restriction on which end of the North Shore you're on.

Willoughby gives you three scheduled collections plus one booked collection a year, capped at 2 cubic metres with nothing longer than 2 metres. Lane Cove offers four free clean-ups a year, capped at 3 cubic metres with no item over 90 kilograms. Hunter's Hill offers four collections a year at the same 3 cubic metre cap, and whitegoods have to be indicated in the booking or they're left behind. Paul's Rubbish has no load limit and no booking window, so anything over those caps, or anything you don't want to wait for a scheduled date to clear, gets taken in one visit.

Yes, with no volume limit. The mature gardens on the larger blocks around Killara, Wahroonga and Turramurra produce more green waste than most council clean-ups are built for. Willoughby's booked vegetation collection caps bundled garden organics at 1 metre in length and won't take branches over 75mm in diameter, and Lane Cove Council doesn't accept green waste, tree stumps or branches in its kerbside clean-up at all. We take garden and green waste as part of the same visit, whatever the size of the job.

Yes. We clear office fit-out waste, old furniture and equipment from the Pacific Highway corridor through Chatswood and St Leonards, and from the smaller commercial strips around Artarmon and Greenwich. We can work outside trading hours if the building or tenancy needs it, and there's no load limit on a commercial job.

Yes. Willoughby won't collect anything longer than 2 metres, Lane Cove won't take an item over 90 kilograms or 1.5 metres, and Mosman caps items at 30 kilograms and 1.5 metres. Our team hand-loads with no weight or size limit, so large wardrobes, solid timber furniture and anything else the council leaves on the kerb still gets taken.

Yes. A lot of our Upper North Shore jobs are on battleaxe blocks or blocks with a steep driveway where the truck can't pull right up to the house. We carry items out by hand from wherever they are on the property, garage, backyard or a rear dwelling, so you don't need to move anything to the street yourself.

Yes. Deceased estate and downsizing clear-outs are regular work for us on the North Shore, where a lot of the housing has been in the same family for decades. There's no load limit, so a full house, garage and garden can be cleared in one visit, and we can work to an executor's or agent's timeline rather than a fixed council collection date.
