A unit block runs on one of two systems: a communal booking, which only the Strata Manager or Owners Corporation can make, covering the whole block, twice in a 12-month period; or an individual booking, which only some unit blocks permit, also capped at twice in a 12-month period. Either way, a booking is capped at 3 cubic metres, has to be arranged ahead of time, and material can only go out the night before collection.
